ATTN: SYSTEM-WIDE OUTAGE 10/31/16

UPDATE: The outage has been resolved, as of 9 am CT. We are working with our providers now to ensure that this problem does not happen again.

We regret to inform our users that we are experiencing an outage currently which will prevent any user from logging in to our website or accessing their courses; this issue began at 9 pm CT and continues currently. The problem has stemmed from an issue with our Server/Host Microsoft Azure, and they are working now to restore service. 

If you have been unable to complete your course by the time it was scheduled to close OR you have been unable to access a course that was supposed to have open at 12 am, please let us know via an email to support@vlcglobal.com and we will assist you in remedying these situations once our service has been restored. 

Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our users, and we hope to see a solution from our Host very soon. Thanks!
