Why can’t I move forward in my course?

There are several reasons why you might not be able to move forward:

  • Please make sure that you have followed any and all instructions given via email, the task list, etc. that might direct you to read an email, do an assignment or use the map. Please note that after you have viewed a scene one time, items on the Handheld Device will not show as new again.
  • At any time, you can use the ‘’Where do I go next?’ link in the top-left of your screen to take you to the most current scene that you are on.
  • If you are still stuck in the module, please log out of your account and back in and re-launch your course, which will take you to the most current scene that you are on. This will allow browser to refresh your account information and clear out any errors. If you still not able to move forward, please log out of your account, close your browser, and then clear cache for your browser and make sure it is up to date.

Your next module won’t start until you see “your progress has been saved” in the end of your current module.
